The place was clean, the staff were incredibly kind and friendly, especially Dr. Yip and his assistant (I do believe his name was Jayce?), and the lady who talked to us about the payment plan was awesome as well! Dr. Yip was very playful, but also very professional, and he was more than willing to work with our financial situation because he really didn't want my partner to leave his office without the care that was needed based on the severity of the issue. I will definitely be going back to this office, and I am making my own appointments as well. The entire process took about 5 hours, from check in to the time we left, two root canals and crowns, and the staff were all super nice and informative about the care being given. Perfect for those who might have dental anxiety, I HIGHLY recommend this office.
